Strut Salon & Skin is committed to ensuring the best experience for all of our guests. When scheduling an appointment, please be aware of the following policies that allow us to serve you best.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

  • Guests that arrive more than 15 minutes late might be asked to reschedule.


  • We ask that appointments are canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the value of services booked. Fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

Satisfaction Policy

-If you are ever unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 72 hours of the appointment. You must return in person within the first five days of your initial appointment for the manager on duty to look at your hair in person. Adjustments must be completed with two weeks of the original appointment at no charge to the guest. If you have signed a color application/correction waiver and have been informed by your service provider that your desired look will take multiple sessions, you will be charged for those sessions.

-No refunds or exchanges on retail and extension purchases.
